Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Wevee, operated by Ejen Studio LLC ("Wevee", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Wevee.

Who can use Wevee

You must be at least 18 and, if acting for a business, authorized to bind that business. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

What Wevee is

Wevee is a team of AI agents that create marketing content (reels, posts, ads) and help run your channels (posting, scheduling, and — when enabled — replying). You direct and approve. You remain responsible for what you choose to publish.

Your content and approvals

• You retain ownership of the business information and assets you provide.
• AI-generated outputs are produced for you to review and approve before publishing. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of any content you approve or publish — including health-related claims, pricing, promotions, and any regulated statements.
• You grant us the license needed to host and process your content to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Wevee to create or distribute content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or that violates the policies of the platforms you connect (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.). You will comply with all applicable laws and platform terms. You will not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

Third-party platforms

Wevee connects to third-party platforms via their APIs. Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms. Wevee is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or any platform. We're not responsible for changes those platforms make.

Billing

Paid plans and credits are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refunds & Cancellation policy. Prices may change with notice.

Intellectual property

Wevee, including its software, brand, and design, is owned by Ejen Studio LLC. These Terms don't transfer our IP to you.

Disclaimers and liability

Wevee is provided "as is." AI outputs may contain errors — review before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from content you publish or your misuse of the service.

Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Confirm jurisdiction/venue with counsel.]
