Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains billing, cancellation, and refunds for Wevee (Ejen Studio LLC). Payments are processed by Stripe.
Subscriptions
Wevee is sold as recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual) that include a credit allowance for AI actions. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your payment method on file, until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing hi@wevee.ai. When you cancel:
- You keep access until the end of the current paid period.
- You are not charged again after the period ends.
- We don't charge a cancellation fee.
Refunds
- Subscription fees and one-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun or credits have been issued, except where required by law.
- If you were charged in error, experienced a billing problem, or believe you're entitled to a refund, contact hi@wevee.ai within 14 days and we'll review your case in good faith.
- Credits consumed by AI actions are non-refundable. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period unless your plan states otherwise.
Free trials
If a free trial is offered, you won't be charged until it ends. Cancel before it ends to avoid charges.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we want to resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension.
