Wevee is a product of Ejen Studio LLC ("Wevee", "we", "us"), a company registered in Wyoming, USA, operating the website wevee.ai and the Wevee application. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Questions: hi@wevee.ai.
Information we collect
- Account data — your name, email, phone number, and password (stored hashed) when you sign up.
- Business data you provide — your business name, logo, brand details, services/menu/catalogue, operating hours, and brand voice.
- Content — the prompts, briefs, images, videos, and copy created in or uploaded to Wevee.
- Connected platform data — when you authorize Wevee to connect to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, TikTok, or Snapchat, we access only the data and permissions you grant (e.g., to publish posts, read and reply to messages you ask us to handle, and read basic performance metrics). We access these through the platforms' official APIs.
- Payment data — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
- Usage data — log data, device/browser info, and product analytics used to operate and improve the service.
How we use your information
- To provide the service: generate content, schedule and publish posts, and — only when you enable it — reply to customer messages on your behalf.
- To let you direct and approve your AI agents (including via WhatsApp).
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and provide support.
- To improve and secure Wevee.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We process your data to perform our contract with you, with your consent (e.g., connecting a social account), and for our legitimate interests in operating the service.
How we share information
We share data only with service providers who help us run Wevee, under contract, including:
- Meta Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business APIs), TikTok, and Snapchat — to publish and manage content you authorize.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g., our cloud hosting and database/storage provider).
- AI providers — to generate text and media (your content may be processed by these providers to produce outputs).
We use platform data only to provide the features you authorize, consistent with each platform's terms (including the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies). We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to train third-party foundation models without your consent.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless we must keep it for legal reasons.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls). No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of material breaches as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email hi@wevee.ai. To delete your data, see our Data Deletion page.
International transfers
We operate globally; your data may be processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards.
Children
Wevee is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy; we'll post the new version here and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
