Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete your data from Wevee (Ejen Studio LLC). It also serves as our Data Deletion Instructions for connected platforms (Meta/Facebook/Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Snapchat).
Delete your account and data
You can request deletion in two ways:
- In the app — go to Settings → Account → Delete account / workspace, or
- By email — write to hi@wevee.ai from your account email with the subject line "Data Deletion".
What happens
- We delete your account, business data, content, and connected-account tokens.
- Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request.
- Some records may be retained only as required by law (e.g., basic billing records) and are then deleted.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Disconnect connected platforms
Disconnecting a platform immediately revokes Wevee's access to it:
- In Wevee — Settings → Channels → Disconnect.
- On Facebook/Instagram — Settings → Apps and Websites → remove "Wevee".
- On TikTok / Snapchat — Settings → Connected/Authorized apps → remove "Wevee".
